We are a manufacturing factory located in Changan, the “Famous Town of Machinery and Hardware Mold in China”. We have healthy and efficient departments to offer full service. Warmly welcome to visit our factory at any time.
We have stablished a procedure to check products at all stages of the manufacturing process – raw materials, in process materials, validated or tested materials, finished goods, etc. Besides, we have also developed a procedure which identifies the inspection and test status of all items at all stages of the manufacturing process. QC inspection data will be reviewed by corresponding salesman, all inspection data is recorded in production drawing, and the drawing will be saved before customer`s confirmation result, spare part will be stored, too.
Please offer us 2D or 3D drawings (with material, dimension, tolerance, surface treatment and other technical requirement etc.) , quantity, application or (plastic) sample. Then we will quote a reasonable price within 12 hours. CAD or 3D drawing is necessary for production, otherwise LT may be extended.
Usually we will offer some spare parts for your evaluation freely. And for each new customer, we could offer a free sample according to customer`s drawing, if sample value is not very big.
There is no MOQ, which means one set or one piece is acceptable. But please note that different prices depend on different quantities.
